Please be advised that ARB Applications must be submitted in person or via the mail with the required supporting documentation (paint color chip, sample of material, site plan, survey, sketch of project etc.). Applications received without the required supporting documentation will be denied and returned to homeowner for re-submittal with required documentation. This will delay your project. In addition, ARB Applications cannot be accepted via e-mail because the required supporting documents cannot be delivered with application.
