Georgetowne is a pristine community of 229 single family home located within the Tuscawilla Country Club Community in Winter Springs Florida.

The community was first established in 1987. Georgetowne was developed in three phases. The homes in Georgetowne Unit I were built by the Ralph Nader Corporation while the homes in Georgetowne Units II and III were built by Morrisons Homes Inc.
