Georgetowne is a pristine community of 229 single family home located within the Tuscawilla Country Club Community in Winter Springs, Florida.

The community was first established in 1987. Georgetowne was developed in three phases. The homes in Georgetowne Unit I were built by the Ralph Nader Corporation while the homes in Georgetowne Units II and III were built by Morrisons Homes Inc.

Homes in Georgetowne are one or two story, three or four bedroom with two to two-half bath and range from 1400+square feet to 1950 square feet.

The community also affords its residents a spacious and beautifully designed swimming pool.
